2) take care of your own mental health first before attempting to dictate to others how to care for theirs
3) nothing about the human experience is binary, any attempts to simplify existence down into two categories of good or bad/right or wrong will fail because there will always, ALWAYS be someone or something that cannot be categorized. Doing this to human beings is oppressive.
